Hey, I’m Lindsey!

I work with moms just like you every single day.

Fitness has always been a part of my life in some capacity. From playing high school soccer and basketball, to playing college basketball, training for a half marathon, leisurely playing golf and of course my everyday fitness involving my beloved CrossFit gym. Being active is simply a way of life for me, so after having my first son I was determined to get back to my pre-baby fitness routine as soon as possible.

I quickly realized not only had I changed, but so did my body. Simple tasks were challenging, my strength was not nearly what it once had been and my schedule now revolved around that little bundle of joy.

So much had changed and all I wanted to do was get back to what I was doing, but I was missing that direction. The resources for fitness after pregnancy were scarce and/or unreliable. I was lost, feeling discouraged and felt defeated before I even began. I decided to take my own journey and build something to help other women so that no one had to feel what I felt in those first weeks postpartum.

28 Week Pregnancy Program

Take away the hassle of worrying about what you should or shouldn’t be doing fitness wise. This program is customized for you and your pregnancy journey. It will allow you to train in a similar capacity, but scale appropriately to protect mom and baby.

This programming is designed for an individual wishing to achieve specific, measurable fitness goals. The program is custom built based on those goals and includes monthly check in calls, constant workout feedback and full personal access to your coach 24/7.

My programs are customized for each individual athlete. I recognize the importance of meeting my athlete where they are in their own journey and accommodating their fitness program to fit their needs. I have weekly check ins with my athletes and make adjustments to programming both on a daily and weekly basis as necessary. The program is built for you as an athlete to help you reach your goals.

Fitness On Your Time

As a mama your time is valuable. I can relate to the balancing act of any mama out there. No matter how far in advance you plan for something, sometimes life just happens. With these fitness programs you have the ability to do them on your own time, on the days that work best for you and your schedule. Time is important, whether it’s time spent with the kids or working out. You deserve to use the time you have in a day in whatever way you want to.

Accountability

Sometimes its not as easy as just showing up. Sometimes you need that little nudge to remind you about how putting in a little work will make huge impacts in the long run. As a trainer it’s my responsibility to provide you with that accountability to put in the work and the stability to not ever have to think of what your next workout is going to be.
